Explore Sponsorship Opportunities
Hello Maine PTs, PTAs and PT supporters, my name is Lindsay Dunstan PT, DPT, GCS and I am the current Continuing Education Chair for the Maine Chapter, APTA. This year we are planning to offer Maine’s annual APTA conference at the University of New England on October 26th, 2024. This conference will include educational presentations and networking opportunities for professionals in the field of physical therapy. We are searching for sponsors for this event from local clinicians and businesses such as yourselves to make this event a success! There are a few different ways to become a sponsor, as we are offering a tiered sponsorship system this year. The sponsorship tiers are as follows:
- General Sponsor: $100: Company logo on Maine APTA website with a link to the company web page for 3 months. Company logo will also be included on the registration page and small logo on the conference pamphlet.
- Booth Sponsor: $250: Will include the benefits from General Sponsor package (small logo on website and conference pamphlet) and will include the opportunity to set up a booth at the conference. The booth will be able to promote the company/organization and hand out sample products/materials if available.
- Breakout Session Sponsor: $350: Will include the benefits from General Sponsor package (medium logo on website and conference pamphlet) and the capability to sponsor a short talk with a promo read before the talk. The option will include choosing from one of the six (6) scheduled breakout sessions.
- Keynote Sponsor: $500: Will include the benefits from General Sponsor package (large logo on website, conference pamphlet, and Maine APTA quarterly newsletter) and the capability to have a promo read while all attendees are joined together prior to the Keynote Speaker, along with having the opportunity to set up a booth at the conference. The booth will be able to promote the company/organization and hand out sample products/materials if available.
- Meal Sponsor: $750: Will include the benefits from General Sponsor package (large logo on website, conference pamphlet, and Maine APTA quarterly newsletter) and the capability to have a promo read while all attendees are joined together for the pre-conference continental breakfast along with having the opportunity to set up a booth at the conference. The booth will be able to promote the company/organization and hand out sample products/materials if available.
